Customer Pick-Up

A $5.00 CPU charge will be added for orders of less than twenty (20) cartons from all warehouse locations.  No CPU charge will be added for pick-ups at any plant locations.

Order Minimums

Continuous computer Paper, Laser/Copy Paper, Engineering & Wide Format Rolls and Add Rolls:

• Plants - 1 Carton
• Warehouses - 5 Cartons

Less than 5 cartons $7.50 order handling charge.

Fax Paper:

• Plants - 1 Carton
• Warehouses - 1 Masterpack

Desktop Ink Jet:

• Plants - 1 Carton
• Warehouses - 1 Masterpack

Returns

Products may not be returned without authorization from TST/IMPRESO.  No returns for credit will be accepted after 120 days.  A 20% inspection and restocking charge on IMPRESO, Alliance, and Xerox products will be applied against your account for the total value of the return of merchandise.

Only merchandise acceptable for resale may be returned.  The customer is responsible for freight charges on all returned merchandise, unless TST/IMPRESO determines they are at fault.

C.O.D.

Available out of plant locations only.

Pricing

All prices quoted by TST are net prices and subject to change without notice.  Dealers and distributors should contact TST/IMPRESO for their current price list.

Freight

Prices are FOB TST/IMPRESO distribution points.  $3.50 handling charge for all UPS shipments.  $5.00 parcel post handling charge per carton on shipments out via mail or priority mail.  USPS is from Coppell location only.  Contact customer service for detailed freight information.

Terms

Upon credit approval: Net 30 days from date of invoice.  Past Due after 30 days.  Discounts not allowed on current items when account has other delinquent items.  Discounts are not allowed on freight costs.

Mastercard, VISA and American Express accepted.

Discount not allowed with Credit Card payment.
